R.I.P. ILAN HALIMI 1983 — 2006

ihmr1.jpg
"Hundreds of thousands of people crowded on either side of the street, waiting their turn to enter the synagogue. The synagogue's 3000 seats were full, dozens more mourners stood in the aisles & many thousands remained outside & could not get in. During the chilling ceremony, an 8-year-old read the Psalm I will raise my eyes to the mountains, whence will come my help? near a giant picture of Halimi. This Sunday a huge procession in his memory is scheduled to take place in Paris."

Had enough, Europe? Even the left-wing Liberacion says "Hatred of the Jews has left the category of the unacceptable to become something normal - especially in the eyes of many young people." More at Michelle Malkin

In other news, Muslims all over the world did not riot like animals over the lynching of a Jew by a Muslim gang...

who's next... and how silent will the media continue to be? I fully blame this on the media. they are no longer purveyers of news, but with-holders of chosen information for their intended philosophies...

Let's not forget that journalists consistently failed to cover Palestinian thuggery, revenge murders of 'informers', honor killings, etc, for the simple reason that writing a piece slamming the IDF entailed no risk, but attacking the PA could get you hurt

The Halimi murder is a most henious crime. He was tortured for three weeks by a gang, as detailed in a WSJ article by Nidra Poller,
One of the most troubling aspects of this affair is the probable involvement of relatives and neighbors, beyond the immediate circle of the gang, who were told about the Jewish hostage and dropped in to participate in the torture.

Ilan's uncle Rafi Halimi told reporters that the gang phoned the family on several occasions and made them listen to the recitation of verses from the Quran, while Ilan's tortured screams could be heard in the background.

After three weeks, his butchered body was left to die on some railroad tracks.

Poller adds,
The murder of Ilan Halimi invites comparison with the November 2003 killing of a Jewish disc jockey, Sébastien Selam. His Muslim neighbor, Adel, slit his throat, nearly decapitating him, and gouged out his eyes with a carving fork in his building's underground parking garage. Adel came upstairs with bloodied hands and told his mother, "I killed my Jew, I will go to paradise."

Muslims lynch jews, no news. Muslims mobs murder scores of Christians in Africa, no news. Print a cartoon of Mo, you get the State Department holding a special news conference to condemn it. I'm really getting fed up.

By the way, I think that was Psalm 121.

Winston Churchill. From the River War"

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property - either as a child, a wife, or a concubine - must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.

"Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the Queen: all know how to die. But the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytising faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science - the science against which it had vainly struggled - the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome."

It's hard to imagine a more horrific hate crime than this. Islamofascists make the West's communist enemies during the Cold War look civilized.

It will be interesting to see if this starts to wake up the French Government and mainstream society, or whether it will be business as usual in the Muslim enclaves.

I predict business as usual.

I had no idea this had happened.

Alas, I too feel that France will return to business as usual.

The Muslims are playing us using our compassion and idiocy against us.

Thank the good Lord for those out there exposing this on a daily basis.

And the media yawns....

Islam is a religion of war. They get upset because their pig looking false prophet Muhammad is shown for what he is, a terrorist.

May Islam see its end when Muslims see that their religion is false.
