Not by much...

That's why I always wear a jack to the theater, with pockets big enough for a 20-ounce Coke and food of some kind. Once I smuggled an entire Carl's Jr. combo meal into a movie.

I meant "wear a jacket."

It is closer to the price of some bath tub crank and a strung out skanky addict.
Come on down Pile, you are the next contestant....

You got off light, pal.

It was this new martial arts film, Ong Bak,or something like that. But isn't the matinee supposed to be cheaper?

Our theatre considers a matinee only the one o'clock show. It's full price after 3.
Annoying.....

Yeah. I try to remember to at least smuggle in some water. That way I only really have to buy a diet Coke for the husband. But the real profits for those guys are at the concessions counter.

Attila,
The only profits for the theatre are at the concessions counter, they don't collect from the ticket sales.

I went to 4pm matinee of Sideways yesterday. Good flick.

You had to pay to park?
Posted by: Rae at February 14, 2005 03:05 PM
How much gas did you use and what about the wear and tear on your car?
Posted by: scottm at February 14, 2005 03:55 PM
I paid $18 bucks for two along with a C-note for an early V-day dinner afterwards. She gave me one of those freaking "Don't Worry, Be Happy" fish which I declined to accept. Is this grounds for a breakup?
