...and in an ABC News Special Report with Peter Jennings, a large Ball of Fire appeared in the sky at 5:48 this morning. The enormous object was immediately condemned by France for contributing to the Global Warming problem.

In a related story, the United Nations issued a stern warning to the United States for not signing the Kyoto Protocols, laying the blame for Global Warming squarely on the shoulders of George W. Bush:

"As the world's largest superpower, it is vital that America lead the way by capitulating to the safe and sane demands of the global village. Only by adopting a more submissive posture can she shake off the hegemonistic policies of yesteryear and usher in a New Age of peace and global harmony."
